Common Issues and Solutions

1. Popups Not Displaying

  • Check Display Rules: Ensure that the display rules and triggers are correctly set. Verify that the conditions for showing the popup are met on the pages you expect.
  • Clear Cache: If you use a caching plugin, clear the cache to ensure the latest version of your site is displayed. Cached pages might prevent new popups from appearing.

2. Plugin Not Activating

  • Error Messages: Check for any error messages during activation. These can provide clues about missing dependencies or other issues.

3. Database Issues

  • Database Tables Not Created: If the necessary database tables are not created upon activation, manually trigger the activation hook by deactivating and reactivating the plugin.
  • Permissions: Ensure your database user has the necessary permissions to create tables.

4. Popups Displaying Incorrectly

  • Design Settings: Double-check your design settings to ensure they are applied correctly. Preview the popup to see how it appears.
  • CSS Conflicts: Inspect your site for CSS conflicts that might affect the popup’s appearance. Use browser developer tools to identify and resolve styling issues.

Additional Support
