is my product data safe?
Yes. Product data is sent directly from your server to the selected AI provider via encrypted HTTPS.
No data passes through our servers. API keys are encrypted using WordPress security keys.
Which AI provider should I choose
Both providers work well. OpenAI is slightly faster, while Anthropic often provides more detailed reasoning.
If you already have an API key, use that — otherwise either option is suitable.
Does it automatically apply categories?
No. Smart Match never makes automatic changes.
