Copy Your Data
Select your columns in Excel or Google Sheets – SKU plus whatever fields you want to update (prices, stock, titles, etc.)

Open WCABE and press Ctrl+V, or click the “Paste from Excel” button in the toolbar. The plugin auto-detects your SKU column and maps your fields.

Preview & Confirm
Review matched products and field mappings. See which SKUs matched, which didn’t, and check for any validation warnings.

Click “Apply to Grid” and your products update instantly. Then click WCABE’s “Save Changes” to persist to your database.

Does this work with Google Sheets?
Yes. Copy cells from Google Sheets, Excel, LibreOffice Calc, or any spreadsheet app that puts tab-separated data on your clipboard.
Can I buy the add-on without WCABE?
No. Purchase is done inside our Helpdesk where we verify your WCABE license key. If you already own WCABE, log in (or create an account) and you’ll be able to buy and download the add-on there.
What happens if a SKU in my spreadsheet doesn’t exist in WCABE?
The plugin shows all unmatched SKUs in the preview step before you apply. Those rows are simply skipped — no errors, no data loss.
Can I undo a paste?
Yes. An “Undo Paste” button appears in the WCABE toolbar after each paste. You can undo up to 10 recent paste operations with one click.
Does it handle European number formats (comma as decimal)?
Yes. The plugin auto-detects and normalizes both US (1,234.56) and European (1.234,56) number formats for prices, stock, and weight fields.
Does it save directly to the database?
No. The paste updates the WCABE grid in your browser. You review the changes, then click WCABE’s “Save Changes” button to persist. This gives you full control and the ability to undo before saving.
Is it a subscription?

What fields can I update?
