1. Plugin Licensing

All plugins sold and distributed by WPMelon, unless otherwise stated, are licensed under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or later.

2. Warranty

Plugins sold and distributed by WPMelon are provided in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

As long as WordPress functions correctly on a clean install of itself, our plugins are expected to function on a clean install of the minimum, stable, and required version of WordPress. However, due to the vast number of third-party plugins, themes, and browsers, we do not guarantee that our plugins will work with all third-party software. We do not assume responsibility for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software. We are also not responsible for any data loss resulting from installing or using our plugins. Should conflicts arise with third-party software, we may provide support at our discretion.

3. Support

WPMelon sells and distributes plugins “as is” with no guarantee that they will function exactly as desired or be compatible with all third-party components and plugins.

Support is available only to customers with an active, paid license. Support and updates are granted for one year after the original purchase, based on the purchased license. After one year, the license must be renewed to continue receiving support and updates. For purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription, support is provided as long as the subscription remains active.

Support and updates for any plugin will be provided as long as:
• The plugin is actively developed by WPMelon.
• WPMelon continues to operate as a business.

WPMelon does not guarantee that all support queries will be resolved or answered to the complete satisfaction of the inquirer.

4. Automatic Updates

Automatic updates are available for license holders with an active and valid subscription and license key. Automatic updates will be provided as long as the license key generated from the purchase remains valid and active.

5. Plugin Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing your order number and purchase details. Your license key will be available in your account, along with your plugin downloads. If you do not receive an email with your purchase details, please contact us at https://wpmelon.com/support to request your purchase information.

Access to re-download purchased files is granted as long as your license key remains valid. If your license key expires, download access will be discontinued until the license is renewed.

6. Ownership

All plugins are the property of WPMelon. Claiming any intellectual or exclusive ownership rights of our products is strictly prohibited.

Our plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our plugins.

7. Website & Plugin Content

All content found on our website and within our plugins—including images, documentation, support queries, and other information—is the property of WPMelon and may not be redistributed without permission.

8. Price Changes

WPMelon reserves the right to modify, change, cancel, or upgrade plugin subscriptions and/or license keys without prior notice. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice.

9. Refund Policy

We stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that they may not work perfectly for everyone in every situation. If you are unhappy with your purchase or experience an issue that renders the plugin unusable, we may offer a refund at our sole discretion.

Refunds must meet all of the following conditions:
• You request the refund within 30 days of purchase.
• The issue prevents the plugin from performing its core functions.
• You have attempted to resolve the issue with our support team.

No refunds will be granted beyond 30 days from the original purchase. Issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or software do not qualify for a refund. By purchasing from our site, you agree to this refund policy and waive any rights to dispute it.

10. Email

WPMelon may occasionally send you emails related to your purchase, including product updates, promotions, and relevant news. Your email will never be sold or shared with third parties, and you may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

11. License Agreement

By purchasing any WPMelon product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

12. Severability

If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.
